Scope

Policy boundary

Applies to the AGXLENS iOS client. Third-party apps or sites opened via share sheets, browsers, or external links follow their own policies.

On-device processing

Capture · Signal · Map · Vault

To provide tracking items, snapshots, signals, maps, and vault tools, AGXLENS stores content you create locally, which may include:

• Item lists, scales, logged values, and timestamps;
• Notes, exports you initiate, and display preferences;
• On-device caches needed for presentation.

By default this content is not cloud-synced. Optional online features, if added later, will be disclosed with clear consent where required.

Permissions

System capabilities

iOS may request notifications, local storage, and — only if you enable a labeled online capability — network access. Manage permissions in Settings. Declining optional permissions may limit related features without removing core local use.

Third parties

Non-intervention charter

• This version is not designed to collect advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.
• Exports or shares via system tools are handled by the destination app independently.
• We may respond to lawful requests through applicable procedures when required.

Storage & security

Integrity audit

Data stays in on-device storage by default. Protect your device passcode. Back up or export important notes before uninstalling if the app or iOS provides that option. No storage method is perfectly secure.

Children

Consent boundary

If you are a minor, use AGXLENS only with a parent or guardian’s guidance and consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without such consent.

Choices & updates

Policy drift

Review, edit, or delete local records through in-app controls where available. Material policy updates will be noted in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised policy.
